Telehealth (Online Psychotherapy)

Therapy in the comfort of your own home!

Telehealth (also known as teletherapy, video therapy, online therapy, telemental health, and other terms) has been around for decades, but since COVID has become more the rule than the exception. I offer both options — in-person and online sessions.

With more people now familiarized with video conferencing and teletherapy, it will likely be a much more common means of getting help as part of the “new normal.”

Benefits include:

  • Flexible schedule

  • Convenience--from any location, including the park, on a walk, or in your car if you need privacy

  • By the same token, I can meet with you online if you live anywhere in California.

  • Surprisingly, there can be some added benefits for couples therapy.

  • Studies show comparable effectiveness to in-person therapy.

Call today to discuss how I might be able to help you!
